Beyond Physiotherapy prides itself on taking you through your unique client journey. Whether you have a new injury from running or a nagging pain that won’t go away, we understand that every injury is unique to you and will take it’s own unique journey. We take responsibility in helping you get back to where you want to be and your physio will create a pathway for you that works through the injury.

We focus on quality of service through a 45 minute treatment session, additional gym rehab sessions, specific home rehab program's and continual case reviews with our peers. And that’s why we are called Beyond Physiotherapy.

Our Physio Services

Beyond Physiotherapy provides hands on treatments to assist with initial care, treatment planning with clear recovery programs which are created and completed at home or in our fully fitted gym on site.

Harry Plimmer

Physios can be friendly

Harry completed his Masters Degree of Physiotherapy at Brighton University England. Following this he spent 3 years working in the NHS developing skills and knowledge on all aspects of physio while also developing his leadership skills assist with junior physio development.

Harry is particularly interested in running injuries - ACL, knee injuries and return to running plans, and back pain.

Bryna McCondach

Physiotherapist and fanatical snowboarder

In 2023, Bryna earned her degree from the Auckland University of Technology. Originally hailing from the far north, she relocated to the Bay of Plenty to embrace its coastal allure. During her academic journey, she delved into various aspects of acute hospital physiotherapy and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, actively engaging with sports teams.

Julie

Massage Therapist.

Julie provides both Therapeutic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage depending what a client needs or requests. Julie loves working with her clients to help work through pain points and see them walk out feeling better than they did before. Julie loves to help those who are experiencing pain to work with them through a treatment plan and see them moving freer and happier as they leave.

Adrianne

Senior Physio and Clinical Lead Physio

Adrianne has been a Physiotherapist since 2014 graduating from Brighton University and then spend a number of years working in the NHS and New Zealand Physiotherapy Clinics. Adrianne has experience in Competitive Boxing, Rugby, Strength Conditioning and High Level Sports Performance. Adrianne has a particular interest in Women's in sport, knee rehab and hip injuries.

Cormac

Senior Physio and Director:

Cormac graduated from Cardiff University in the UK and completed a number of years working in the NHS and various sports physiotherapy clinics and clubs, before moving to New Zealand. Once here Cormac’s aim was to create a physio clinic that allowed its clients and staff to love being in the clinic and allow the physios to easily incorporate exercise into the physio treatment.

Cormac has a special interest in shoulders, necks and running injuries.
